Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "Player", "Member") and mage88 ("Company", "we", "us", "our"), operating under the domain mage88.cam. This Agreement governs your access to and use of the mage88 website, mobile platform, gaming services, sports betting services, and all associated features (collectively, the "Platform").

mage88 is an online casino and sports betting platform primarily serving players in Malaysia and other permitted jurisdictions. All services are offered in English, with balances denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise specified.

This Agreement applies to all forms of access to the Platform, including but not limited to desktop browsers, mobile browsers, and any native applications made available by mage88. By creating an account, making a deposit, or placing a bet, you irrevocably agree to these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you must not use the Platform.

Definitions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall bear the meanings set out below:

"Platform"	The mage88 website, mobile site, applications, and all related services accessible at mage88.cam.
"Account"	A registered user account on the Platform, associated with a unique username and password.
"Balance"	The total funds held in a Member's Account, denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR), inclusive of deposited funds and awarded bonus credits where applicable.
"Bonus Funds"	Promotional credits awarded to a Member subject to wagering requirements and specific bonus terms, which are distinct from real-money deposited funds.
"Wagering Requirement"	The number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before it may be withdrawn as real money.
"KYC"	Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required before certain transactions are processed, including first withdrawals.
"Prohibited Person"	Any individual under 21 years of age, any person in a jurisdiction where access to online gambling services is prohibited by applicable local law, or any individual previously excluded or banned from the Platform.
"Intellectual Property"	All copyrights, trademarks, trade names, logos, design rights, database rights, and any other proprietary rights associated with the Platform and its content.
"Force Majeure"	Any event beyond mage88's reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, governmental action, internet disruptions, or third-party system failures.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Platform in any manner — including browsing, registering, depositing, wagering, or otherwise engaging with any feature — you unconditionally accept these Terms and Conditions, together with any specific rules applicable to individual games, promotions, or competitions as published on the Platform from time to time.

These Terms form the entire agreement between you and mage88 with respect to the subject matter herein, and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings, whether oral or written. Where any specific promotion, competition, or product page sets out supplemental terms, those supplemental terms shall apply in addition to and, in the event of a conflict, in place of these general Terms with respect to that specific promotion or product.

mage88 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.

Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account on mage88, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration.
• You are accessing the Platform on your own behalf and not on behalf of any other person or entity.
• You are not a Prohibited Person as defined in Section 2 of this Agreement.
• You have not previously had an Account closed, suspended, or self-excluded by mage88.
• You are not an employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of any employee of mage88 or any of its service providers.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which doing so does not violate any applicable local law. You are solely responsible for determining the legality of online gambling in your jurisdiction prior to registration.
• You are opening only one Account. Multiple accounts per person, household, IP address, device, or payment method are strictly prohibited.

Account Registration

5.1 Registration Process

Account registration requires the submission of accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. You are obligated to keep this information updated at all times.

5.2 One Account Per Person

Each individual may hold only one active Account on the Platform. If mage88 identifies that a Member holds, has held, or has attempted to open multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — all such accounts are subject to immediate closure, and any balances therein may be forfeited without refund.

5.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. mage88 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain adequate account security. You must notify mage88 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account by contacting support at: [email protected] (plain text — not a clickable link).

5.4 KYC Verification

mage88 is required to verify the identity of all Members prior to processing the first withdrawal request. KYC documentation typically includes a government-issued identity document (MyKad, passport, or similar) and proof of address not older than three months. mage88 reserves the right to request KYC documentation at any time, including at account opening. Failure to complete KYC within the specified timeframe may result in account restriction or closure.

Deposits & Withdrawals

6.1 Accepted Payment Methods

mage88 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods, subject to availability and applicable limits:

• Boost eWallet
• GrabPay
• DuitNow
• FPX via Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and Hong Leong Bank
• 7-Eleven CLiQQ (deposit only)
• Cryptocurrencies: Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether USDT TRC20, Litecoin (LTC)

All transactions are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR equivalent at the prevailing rate at time of confirmation.

6.2 Minimum and Maximum Limits

Minimum deposit amounts vary by method; the general minimum is MYR 30 for e-wallet deposits and MYR 50 for bank transfers. Maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are subject to your account tier and applicable method limits. Diamond VIP Members may access deposit limits up to MYR 500,000 per transaction.

6.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed in the order received. E-wallet and DuitNow withdrawals are typically completed within 15 minutes of approval. Bank transfers may take between one to three business hours. All withdrawals require a completed KYC process. mage88 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks prior to releasing withdrawal funds.

6.4 Source of Funds

By depositing funds into your Account, you warrant that the funds are legally obtained and that you are the rightful owner of the payment method used. mage88 reserves the right to conduct source-of-funds checks and may withhold withdrawal requests pending satisfactory documentation.

6.5 Fees

mage88 does not currently charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, third-party payment processors, banks, or cryptocurrency network fees may apply and are borne by the Member. These fees are outside mage88's control and are not refundable by mage88.

Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses and promotional offers are subject to specific terms and conditions as published on the relevant promotion page. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and this Agreement, the specific promotion's terms shall prevail for that promotion only.

7.2 Welcome Bonus

New Members may be eligible for a welcome bonus on their first deposit, subject to eligibility requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, and applicable wagering requirements. Welcome bonuses are available only to newly registered Members who have not previously held an Account with mage88.

7.3 Wagering Requirements

Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. Wagering requirements are stated per bonus offer. Bets placed on certain game categories may contribute at different rates towards wagering requirement completion. Full details are published on each promotion page.

7.4 Bonus Abuse

mage88 employs automated and manual monitoring to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times; collusion between Members to manipulate wagering requirements; placing opposing bets to artificially fulfil wagering requirements. Where bonus abuse is detected, mage88 reserves the right to void all associated bonuses, forfeit related winnings, and permanently close the implicated accounts without prior notice.

7.5 Expiry

Bonus Funds not used within the period specified in the relevant promotion's terms will expire and be removed from the Member's Account without compensation.

Betting Rules

8.1 Placement of Bets

All bets placed on the Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each game, sport, or event. Bets are final once confirmed. mage88 shall not be responsible for technical errors caused by the Member's device, internet connection, or user error at the time of bet placement.

8.2 Palpable Errors

mage88 reserves the right to cancel or void bets placed at obviously incorrect odds or prices resulting from human error, data feed errors, or system malfunction. Such errors will be identified and communicated promptly. Winnings derived from palpable errors are not payable and may be reversed from the Member's Account.

8.3 Maximum Winnings

mage88 imposes maximum payout limits per bet, per event, and per day. These limits vary by sport, game type, and membership tier. Members approaching maximum payout limits should review the applicable limits published in the relevant game or sports betting section.

8.4 Sports Betting Specifics

Sports betting markets include but are not limited to: Liga Super Malaysia, English Premier League (EPL), La Liga, UEFA Champions League, UFC, and NBA. Live betting (in-play) odds fluctuate in real time. All settlement decisions regarding match results and game outcomes are final once confirmed by the relevant governing body or official result source.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform. Violation of any of the below may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering as or posing as another person, whether real or fictitious.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software tools to interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity through the Platform.
• Colluding with other Members in card games, poker rooms, or any other game of skill to gain an unfair advantage.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where such access is prohibited by applicable local law.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification.
• Abusing promotional offers through the use of multiple accounts or collusion.
• Attempting to circumvent any security, age verification, or responsible gambling control implemented on the Platform.

Intellectual Property

All Intellectual Property on the Platform — including but not limited to the mage88 brand name, logo, website design, game content, promotional materials, text, graphics, software, and code — is the exclusive property of mage88 or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not include any right to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of mage88.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, mage88, its affiliates, directors, employees, and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your access to or use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings due to technical errors, system failures, or third-party outages.
• Delays in processing deposits or withdrawals caused by payment service providers, banks, or blockchain network congestion.
• Interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform for maintenance or due to circumstances beyond mage88's control.
• Any decisions made by the Member based on information published on the Platform, including odds, game information, or promotional content.

mage88's total aggregate liability to any Member in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the net deposited amount in the Member's Account in the 30-day period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in this Agreement shall limit liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Account Suspension & Closure

12.1 Suspension by mage88

mage88 reserves the right to suspend or restrict any Account at any time, with or without notice, where there is reasonable suspicion of: breach of these Terms; fraudulent activity; underage gambling; multiple account operation; or ongoing investigations under our AML or KYC obligations.

12.2 Permanent Closure by mage88

mage88 may permanently close an Account and, where applicable, forfeit any balance where a material breach of these Terms is established. Members will be notified of any forfeiture decision and the grounds for it.

12.3 Voluntary Closure by Member

Members may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting support. Prior to closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with standard procedures. Accounts under investigation may not be closed until the investigation is resolved.

The collection, storage, and processing of personal data by mage88 is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement and is incorporated herein by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the processing of your personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

mage88 collects personal data including name, contact details, payment information, device identifiers, and gameplay records solely for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and service improvement. We do not sell personal data to third parties for commercial purposes.

Amendments to These Terms

mage88 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. The most current version of the Terms will be published at this URL, with the "Last Updated" date revised accordingly. Your continued use of the Platform after any such modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Where a material change to the Terms is made, mage88 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered Members via email or an in-platform notification. However, it remains your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

Governing Law

These Terms and any disputes arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which mage88 is licensed and incorporated. Any disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.

Where local mandatory law in a Member's jurisdiction conflicts with these Terms, the relevant mandatory local law provision shall prevail to the extent of that conflict, and the remaining provisions of these Terms shall continue in full force and effect.

mage88 makes no warranty or representation that the Platform or any part of it is appropriate or legally accessible in any particular jurisdiction outside of its licensed territory. Members accessing the Platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is restricted or prohibited do so entirely at their own risk and responsibility.
